Watch last night's 'Mad Money' segment and learn.
Cramer vs. The Anti-Cramer was the highlight of the first segment of last night's "Mad Money" on CNBC.
Run, don't walk, to read Jim "El Capitan" Cramer's thoughtful response to my ursine view that the U.S. stock market has peaked for the year.
Like Jim, I am always learning, and above almost anyone else, I learn from him, as I did from last night's "Mad Money" segment.
In the past, I have defended Jim, and I have frequently applauded him.
I do these things out of respect, without an outside agenda.
Besides having a deep reservoir of knowledge on not only the markets but on individual equities, Jim embodies what the best in the business have -- namely, an ability to distill decisions/ideas into a well-reasoned conclusion and the flexibility to modify those conclusions based on changing conditions. Importantly, as he emphasized last night, he also has an uncanny ability to balance the fundamentals with the price action, and his enormous success as a hedge fund manager is testimony to this.
All of us are rather fortunate to have him as our anchor. And that ain't mush!
